Ingredients:
Mullein leaves, Liquorice root, Foeniculum vulgare, Zingiber officinale, Thymus vulgaris, Marshmallow root, Astragalus, Salvia rosmarinus.

Instructions:
Add a half or full teaspoon of the mix into a full cup of hot water up to 6 times daily.

Beneficial for:

• Abnormally rapid breathing.
• Chest pain and tightness.
• Difficulty breathing

• All dairy products
• Wheat
• Sugar and refined carbohydrates
• Over-breathing
• Stress
